2022 sees the return of Liverpool Running Bugs championship, with a fixture list taking Road races, Cross country and Parkruns. See championship rules below.

● Club colours (vest/t-shirt) should be worn - Please ask if you need a vest or t.shirt.

● Must be a 1st claim member of Liverpool Running Bugs.

​

● Age category is age on 01/01/22.

​

● Enter races as Liverpool Running Bugs.

​

● Update your parkrun profile to show club - Liverpool Running Bugs.

​

● 12 races to be completed.

​

● Best 12 to count.

​

● Best Marathon time to count - official results link to be forwarded so time can be added.

​

● The points system is worked out as 40 pts for the first Male & Female, then 1 point for every position per gender thereafter

(For example 1st Male Bug 40pts, 2nd Male Bug 39pts, 3rd Male Bug 38pts - 1st Female Bug 40pts, 2nd Female Bug 39pts, 3rd Female Bug 38pts)

If more than 40 runners, everyone over the 40th position will receive 1 point Trophies are given for top 3 Males & Females Top 3 in each Vet category (one trophy per person outright taking preference over Vet category)

The Male Vet categories are MU40/40/45/50/55/60/65/70/75/80
