At Liverpool Running Bugs, we offer varied training sessions throughout the week which caters for all abilities, with the aim to improve your fitness and running ability, whilst keeping that special, friendly Bug social spirit. With the exception of the track we meet up at the Knowsley Leisure and Culture Park in Huyton at 6.45 and head out at 7pm. Monday Night Track

Club members and welcome guests are away to the running track at Kirkby High School. The hour sessions makes use of the schools, floodlit, 400m track. The evening is a  well structured training session that will improve your fitness and speed, meaning you'll smash your 5k and 10k times......keeping your running right on track.

Tuesday Night Steady Run

To help you get some miles into your legs, the Club leaders and coaches head out with their groups on a long run. Ranging from, 4 to 8 miles approximately, depending on the group, this is a chance for you get a 50 minute run in and see the local sights. 

Thursday Evening Effort Session

If intervals, hills & and pyramid training exercises are your thing then this effort session will help you build an important foundation to your running. We hold this session at various locations, depending on the time of year, ensuring the routine is fresh and the challenge different every week.
